Web interface themes

A theme consists of CSS styles sheets and images. You can change the look and feel of the web interface with a theme. For creating a custom theme you should download the default theme from the Codewave website and then change CSS and images according to your needs. You can download additional themes from mytunesrss.com. You can also submit your themes to info@codewave.de if you want them to be published on mytunesrss.com.

Web interface languages

A language pack contains the translations of the web interface. You can download additional language packs (MyTunesRSS contains German and English) from mytunesrss.com. If you want to create a new language you should download the English file from the Codewabe website and translate them. You can also submit your themes to info@codewave.de if you want them to be published on mytunesrss.com.

Web interface external sites

You can configure links to external sites for albums, artists and tracks. In the web interface you can get a popup of such links for any album, artist and track. A link can be anything the browser can open, usually some http-links. You have to select a type for a link (album, artist or track) and enter the link itself. The type defines where a link is available. If you set the type to "album", you can see the link for albums but not for artists or tracks. If you have a link that works for multiple types you have to add it multiple times. A link can have a placeholder "{KEYWORD}" which is replaced with the selected album, artist or track name.

Here is an example for an album link to AllMusicGuide which displays information on the selected album.
