Support
MyTunesRSS can send anonymous usage statistics to Codewave. This information is used to learn what features are used and what is less important. No personal information like user information, IP addresses, passwords or the content of your library are sent. You can disable this feature but it would be nice if you kept it enabled.
You can set the logging level to one of debug, info, warn, error and fatal. On debug level the log file will contain most information, on fatal it will only contain most critical errors. Usually you need not bother and you can safely set it to fatal for small log files and best performance. Use this if requested by the Codewave support and in case you have problems, please consider activating debug mode first after starting MyTunesRSS and before reproducing the problem and sending a support request.
You can send a support request to Codewave. Please enter your name and email address and give a short description of the problem. The support request will automatically include a log file and you can optionally add your "iTunes Music Library.xml" which sometimes can help solving problems.
