One common problem with accessing your music from the internet is your server's address. Usually the external address changes from time to time. This means you might have the address 172.65.12.109 in the morning when you leave home and a few hours later when you want to access your music it might have changed. So you won't be able to get to your server although it is running since you don't know the correct address.

The mytunesrss.com service solves this problem. You register at http://mytunesrss.com and enter the same information (username and password) in the MyTunesRSS configuration. Now your server updates your account at mytunesrss.com every five minutes, i.e. it sends your current address to mytunesrss.com.

You can always access your server with the same address which is

http://mytunesrss.com/{username}

So if your username is RadioMemphis for example, you can always reach your server at

http://mytunesrss.com/RadioMemphis

regardless of your external address which is always up-to-date at mytunesrss.com.
